Medium Projects

This range of projects are slightly more complex and potentially involve a wider range of inputs from outside consultants and advisors. Each scheme is treated in the same way – starting with a detailed analysis of the site and its surroundings. Extensive briefing discussions with the client lead to a full understanding of the context. A firm grasp of the economics of the project is also required to ensure that proposals are deliverable and achieve the very best added value. 

The creative process of design follows a similar path involving hands-on discussion and development of options and ideas. We enjoy working closely with the client and firmly believe that collaboration and teamwork are key aspects of a successful project.
